NFL Week 5 Sunday: Undefeated Vikings and 49ers Chase 5-0 as Eagles and Jaguars Open in London
The NFL's last two unbeaten teams — the 4-0 Vikings and 49ers — play on the road Sunday as the Eagles and Jaguars kick off at Tottenham, with Sunday Night Football sending the Ravens to Atlanta.
The 2026 NFL season hits its first London stop and the season’s first bye weeks on Sunday, with a full 13-game slate across Week 5. The Minnesota Vikings and San Francisco 49ers, the league’s last two unbeaten teams at 4-0, both try to stay perfect.
Eagles and Jaguars open the day in London
The action starts early: the Philadelphia Eagles (2-2) face the Jacksonville Jaguars (3-1) at 9:30 a.m. ET at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London, airing on NFL Network. It is the first of two consecutive London games for Jacksonville, which plays the Houston Texans at Wembley Stadium in Week 6.
The Jaguars arrive in London on a high after a 22-17 road win over the Cincinnati Bengals kept them atop the AFC South through four games, with key defensive stops late sealing the victory. The Eagles are looking to regroup after a 24-20 loss to the Los Angeles Rams in Week 4, when a 20-10 second-half lead slipped away on 14 unanswered points.
Before kickoff, Grammy-nominated singer Mike Terrell will perform the U.S. national anthem, with English mezzo-soprano Laura Wright singing “God Save the King.”
Unbeaten Vikings and 49ers on the road
The 1 p.m. ET window features the undefeated Vikings visiting the New Orleans Saints (1-3) on Fox, while the other 4-0 club, the 49ers, travels to face the Seattle Seahawks (3-1) at 4:25 p.m. ET on Fox in one of the day’s biggest divisional matchups.
Elsewhere in the early window: the Cincinnati Bengals (2-2) visit the winless Miami Dolphins (0-4) on Fox in a game with major injury questions — Bengals receivers Ja’Marr Chase and Tee Higgins were listed as questionable after leaving the Week 4 loss to Jacksonville with a concussion and an adductor injury, though both practiced Friday. The Bengals are 7-point favorites with a 44-point over/under, according to BetMGM. Also at 1 p.m.: Chicago Bears (3-1) at Green Bay Packers (2-2) on Fox, Las Vegas Raiders (3-1) at New England Patriots (2-2) on CBS, Cleveland Browns (3-1) at the New York Jets (1-3) on CBS, Indianapolis Colts (2-2) at Pittsburgh Steelers (2-2) on CBS, New York Giants (3-1) at the Washington Commanders (1-3) on Fox, and Houston Texans (0-4) at Tennessee Titans (0-4) on CBS — a meeting of the league’s two remaining winless teams.
In the late window, the Denver Broncos (2-2) visit the Los Angeles Chargers (0-4) at 4:05 p.m. ET on CBS, and the Detroit Lions (2-2) travel to face the Arizona Cardinals (1-3) at 4:25 p.m. ET on Fox. The Lions are trying to bounce back from a 32-26 loss at Carolina in which their defense gave up 329 passing yards to Bryce Young, while Arizona has dropped three straight after Jacoby Brissett threw three interceptions last week.
Sunday Night Football sends the Baltimore Ravens (3-1) to Atlanta to face the Falcons (2-2) at 8:20 p.m. ET on NBC and Peacock, with coverage beginning at 7 p.m. ET. The week wraps up Monday with the Buffalo Bills facing the Los Angeles Rams at 8:15 p.m. ET on ESPN and ABC.
The Kansas City Chiefs (4-0) and Carolina Panthers are on the league’s first bye week of the season. Kansas City returns October 18 at home against the Chargers. Thursday night’s game saw the Dallas Cowboys beat the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 31-20.
