Ravens lose two quarterbacks

Baltimore lost starter Lamar Jackson in the first quarter after his hand was hit as he threw a pass on the Ravens’ first play, according to the live report. Jackson left the field and was taken to the locker room, and he was later ruled out for the game. Backup Tyler Huntley then left with a foot injury in the first quarter, leaving third-string quarterback Joe Fagnano, playing in his first NFL game, to finish at quarterback.

Fagnano threw for 78 yards on 7 of 16 passing with an interception at one point in the game, and he fumbled a snap late that Buffalo linebacker Dorian Williams recovered. Baltimore managed one touchdown, on an 11-carry, 53-yard rushing day from Derrick Henry, and the Ravens fell to 4-4.
