Netherlands Pledges 1.2 Billion Euros in Ukraine Reconstruction Support as Zelenskiy Visits The Hague
The Dutch government said it will give Ukraine 1.2 billion euros in non-military support over the next three years, with 380 million euros set for reconstruction next year, ahead of a visit by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy to The Hague on Wednesday.
The Dutch government said on Wednesday it would give Ukraine 1.2 billion euros ($1.3 billion) in non-military support over the next three years, announcing the pledge hours before Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy was due to visit The Hague.

Zelenskiy was expected in the Netherlands on Wednesday afternoon for meetings with Dutch Prime Minister Rob Jetten and other cabinet members, followed by a visit to King Willem-Alexander, according to Jetten’s office.
What the money covers
The government said 380 million euros will go to reconstruction in Ukraine next year, with about 410 million euros in each of 2028 and 2029.
Other support is set for urgent repairs to Ukraine’s energy infrastructure and the supply of machines to Ukrainian industry.

Part of the money will also go to funds that support Dutch companies willing to invest in rebuilding Ukraine, the government said.
